What is a "decant"?+
A decant is a small amount of perfume transferred from an original, authentic bottle into a smaller travel-friendly bottle (5ml, 10ml, or 15ml). It's the exact same fragrance, just in a smaller size — ideal for testing a scent before committing to a full bottle, for travel, or for building a variety of scents without the full-bottle price tag.
How long will a 5ml / 10ml / 15ml bottle last?+
On average: 5ml ≈ 75 sprays, 10ml ≈ 150 sprays, 15ml ≈ 225 sprays. With normal daily use (2-3 sprays), a 5ml bottle typically lasts around 3-4 weeks, and a 15ml bottle can last a couple of months.
How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?+
Shipping is €2 for Greece and Cyprus, and €12 for the rest of Europe. Free shipping applies to Cyprus & Greece on orders €60+, and to the rest of the EU on orders €80+.
What if I don't like the scent?+
Due to the nature of fragrance samples and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been shipped, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Do you offer gift packaging?+
Yes! You can add a gift ribbon or a personalized gift card at checkout to make your order extra special — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.
