ONLINE STORE TERMS

PRODUCTS

We specialize in premium fragrance samples, travel sprays, and curated perfume bundles.

All products are decanted with care into premium glass atomizers for sampling purposes.

Please note that bottle designs, liquid color, and packaging may slightly vary depending on the original fragrance batch.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

SHIPPING

Cyprus: 3–5business days

Europe: 7–15 business days

Shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, holidays, or incorrect shipping details are outside our direct control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of fragrance samples and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been shipped, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, scent preference dissatisfaction, or misuse of the products. Customers are encouraged to review fragrance notes before purchasing.
